What did CBP announce?
CBP announced it updated the Partner Government Agency (PGA) Flag Enforcement Table on CBP.gov. The update added flagging enforcement for the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). CBP directed questions about CPSC flagging to the CPSC eFiling Support team.
What is Allied's position?
This update concerns the technical PGA flagging data that brokers use in filing systems, not a new rule for importers. We monitor CATAIR table updates like this one as part of how we file entries with PGA data. Clients do not need to act on this notice.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated the Partner Government Agency (PGA) Flag Enforcement Table and is now available in the Draft Chapters section online: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair
