CBP announced that the April 27, 2026 version of the PGA Flag Enforcement table reinserted footnote #4. The updated document is posted in the Draft Chapters section of the CATAIR page. This was a technical documentation update related to an earlier message, CSMS # 68468385.
What is Allied's position?
