CBP Updated ACE AD/CVD Case Query to Return Unlimited Manufacturer and Exporter Records

What did CBP announce?
CBP announced an updated ACE CATAIR AD/CVD Case Information Query (V11) that let the Manufacturer Details and Foreign Exporter Details outputs return an unlimited number of records instead of a limited set. CBP said the update would deploy to the CERT environment on May 28, 2026 and to PRODUCTION on July 9, 2026. The message directed technical questions to CBP client representatives and other questions to the Entry Summary Accounts and Revenue Division.
What is Allied's position?
This was a technical change to the ACE system query brokers use to look up AD/CVD case data, not a change to duty rates or entry requirements. Both deployment dates have already passed, so the update has been in production since July 9, 2026. Clients do not need to act on this notice; if a client has questions about AD/CVD case data on a specific entry, we can review it for them.

What does the CBP message say?
Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR AD/CVD Case Information Query V11 has been posted under Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). The updated version includes the following:
· Manufacturer Details (Output RC-Record) - has been amended to now return an unlimited number of records returning all Manufacturer Names
· Foreign Exporter Details (Output RD-Record) - has been amended to now return an unlimited number of records returning all Foreign Exporter Names
This update is set to deploy to the CERTIFICATION (CERT) environment on May 28, 2026, and deploy to the PRODUCTION (PROD) environment on July 9, 2026.
