CBP updates ACE filing guide with fiscal year 2027 COBRA user fees from October 1, 2026
CBP title: ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update Updated: FY27 Customs COBRA User Fees
What did CBP announce?
CBP updated the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update chapter to include the Fiscal Year 2027 Customs COBRA User Fees. The adjusted fee amounts and limitations take effect October 1, 2026. The updated chapter is posted under the Chapters: Current Capabilities tab. Technical questions go to the assigned Client Representative, and other inquiries go to CBP's Entry Summary Accounts & Revenue Division.
What is Allied's position?
We apply the adjusted COBRA user fee amounts and limitations to the entry summaries we file from October 1, 2026. The message does not list the new amounts, so clients may see different user fees on entries filed from that date. Clients do not need to act. Ask us if you have questions about the fees on a specific entry.
