CBP 宣布了什么？
CBP宣布更新电子出口舱单自动化商业环境(ACE)实施指南，涉及出口卡车UNEDIFACT CUSCAR、CUSREP、CUSRES、PAXLST、309、350及355消息。此次变更包含技术性修改，例如移除代码、更新数据元素使用方式，并更正EDI规范中的错字。CBP将技术问题转交客户代表处理，政策问题则转交其出口舱单邮箱处理。
Allied 的立场是什么？
此消息涵盖卡车出口舱单传输的技术性EDI格式变更，主要涉及向CBP传送这些EDI消息的承运人及软件供应商。Allied负责申报进口报单，并不传输出口舱单EDI数据，因此此次更新不会改变我们为客户申报的内容。自行传输出口舱单数据的客户应与其EDI供应商确认是否已应用这些格式更新，日后的CSMS消息可能会进一步变更这些规范。

• Removed Code 9 from Data Element 3227 in LOC (0410), and removed Place/Port of Loading (0410)
• Updated notes in LOC (0040)
• Updated notes/description in NAD (0100)
• Updated Equipment Type Code Qualifiers in Data Element 8053 in EQD (0220)
CUSREP Conveyance Report
• Updated notes in REF (0090)
• Removed Code IIT in REF (0100)
• Removed Code 45 and Submit the U.S. port code requirement in LOC (0190)
• Updated usage - Data Element C001 in Segment TDT (0370)
• Updated usage - Data Element C082 in Segment NAD (0290)
CUSRES Status Notification
• Removed Place/Port of Loading (Code 9)
• Customs domestic port location (Code 77) in LOC (0340)
• Removed condition “IF BGM Segment, DE 1225 = 3 Deletion, THEN this composite is not used.”
PAXLST

• Updated Equipment Description Codes to VID01 in VID (1500)
• Updated Ref. Des. typo from “M1010” to “M1001”

• Removed event codes DPO, SEI, SER, and SLU in V901
