U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) implemented the Entry Type 13 (ET13) test through enhancements to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) on September 22, 2026. In support of this deployment, CBP moved the following ACE implementation guides from the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” section of CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair) to the applicable sections for deployed functionality.
