CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布依據HTSUS第20章附加美國注釋5，發布花生醬及花生醬糊配額公告26-211。配額期間為2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日，開放日為2026年1月2日。於開放日提早提交的報關單，其報關時間統一登記為東部時間上午8:30，CBP表示，若任何HTSUS類別總量在該時間超過限額，將按比例分配已受理的報關單。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 08:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 08:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 08:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
