CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布第26-216號配額公告,適用於美國協調關稅表(HTSUS)第18章附加美國注釋2項下的巧克力,涵蓋乳脂含量超過重量5.5%的巧克力,不包括零售糖果或甜食。配額期間自2026年1月1日至12月31日,於2026年1月2日開放。在開放日當地口岸時間凌晨12:01後、東部時間上午8:30前申報的報單,配額計算時將視為於上午8:30申報,若該配額組別在該時間已超額申報,則按比例分配。

Commodity:
Chocolate provided for in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) Chapter 18, Additional United States Note (AUSN) 2. The aggregate quantity of chocolate containing over 5.5 percent by weight of butterfat (exclude articles for consumption at retail as candy or confection).
Quota Period:
January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026
Opening Date:
Friday, January 2, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 08:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 08:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 08:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
