CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布，根據《電子退款過渡最終規則》，自2026年2月6日起，將透過ACH以電子方式發放所有退款，僅有少數例外。CBP更新了其ACE入口網站及ACH退款常見問題集，並發布了註冊指南和培訓材料。該通知鼓勵進口商和報關行查閱相關資源，並完成所需的ACH註冊步驟。

Beginning today, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will issue all refunds electronically via Automated Clearing House (ACH) (subject to limited exceptions), as announced in the Electronic Refunds Interim Final Rule published January 2, 2026 (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2026/01/02/2025-24171/electronic-refunds), in the Federal Register.
