CBP宣布更新ACE CATAIR錯誤字典,新增驗證項目「錯誤F883」,禁止事後摘要更正(PSC)修改對外貿易區(FTZ)第06類報單上的IEEPA HTS稅則號。CBP於2026年8月21日將此變更部署至認證系統及生產系統。此更新影響在含有IEEPA HTS項目的FTZ報單上提交PSC的報關人。

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V52 has been posted under the Supporting Documents: Documentation for Entry Summary Chapters section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). This update adds a new validation that prevents filers from submitting a Post Summary Correction (PSC) for a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) entry type 06 if the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) HTS is modified in any way. The update includes the following error:
- F883: PSC NOT ALLOWED TO MODIFY IEEPA HTS
This update was deployed to both the CERTIFICATION (CERT) and PRODUCTION (PROD) environments on August 21, 2026.
