CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布了2026年2月27日發布的《協調關稅表更新2606》(Harmonized System Update 2606),此前美國農業部(USDA)撤回了一項直接終案規則,該規則原本將自2026年3月1日起降低對進口棉花徵收的棉花委員會(Cotton Board)附加費。此次更新從HTS中移除了原定的較低棉花費率,並將其恢復為先前設定的費率,自2026年2月26日起生效。此次更新新增了5,122筆協調關稅記錄和24,062筆ABI記錄。

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Department of Agriculture (USDA) is withdrawing the direct final rule, “Cotton Board Rules and Regulations: Adjusting Supplemental Assessment on Imports (2025 Amendments),” that published on December 31, 2025, due to receipt of a significant adverse comment. This action confirms that the decreased assessment rate proposed for March 1, 2026, will not take effect, and the assessment will revert to the previously established rates.
HSU 2606 contains the HTS revisions to remove the updated March 1, 2026, cotton rates and revert to the previous Cotton rates.
Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2606 was created on February 27, 2026, and contains 5,122 harmonized tariff records and 24,062 ABI records.
