CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布更新ACE文件影像系統(DIS)實施指南。此次更新新增兩個文件標籤代碼,對應重新授權的AGOA與海地HOPE/HELP貿易優惠計畫,一個用於AGOA文件,另一個用於海地文件。CBP並指引申報人參閱相關訊息,以了解新標籤的使用方式。
Allied 的立場是什麼？
這是一項技術性更新,涉及AGOA與海地貿易優惠計畫支持文件在ACE系統中的標籤與提交方式。此更新僅涉及報關行申報這些計畫時所使用的文件編碼,並非稅率或資格條件的變更。依AGOA或海地計畫進口的客戶無需採取行動,但若有相關進口報單正在進行,建議請Allied確認目前的文件要求。

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Document Image System (DIS) Implementation Guide. The updated guide is available here: ACE DIS Implementation Guide (https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-dis-implementation-guide).
Two Document Label Codes were added for CBP related to the reauthorization of Preferential Trade Legislative (PTL) programs: African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), Haiti Hemispheric Opportunity through Partnership Encouragement Act (HOPE), and Haiti Economic Lift Program (HELP).
One Document Label is for AGOA and the other is for Haiti. Please see the change log for specifics.
