CBP 宣布了什麼？
美國海關與邊境保護局(CBP)發布配額公告26-210,適用於美國協調關稅表(HTSUS)第12章附加美國注釋2項下的花生。配額期間為2026年4月1日至2027年3月31日,並於2026年4月1日星期三開放。凡在開放日當地口岸時間凌晨12:01之後、東部時間上午8:30之前提交的報關單,均以上午8:30作為報關時間。若任何HTSUS分組在東部時間上午8:30時已超過限額,CBP將對所有已受理的報關單按比例分配。
Allied 的立場是什麼？
這是一次例行的配額開放,客戶無需採取任何行動。之後的CSMS訊息可能已改變配額狀態,因此花生進口商應向Allied查詢其報關單狀況。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
