CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP發布配額公告26-509,涵蓋根據第14309號行政命令對英國汽車實施的2026年第三季關稅配額。配額期間自2026年7月1日至2026年9月30日,開放日為2026年7月1日。在開放日當天提早申報的報單,其申報時間定為東部時間上午8:30,CBP表示如果某個HTSUS分組的限額在該時間已超過,將按比例分配已受理的報單。

Quota Period: July 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026
Opening Date: Wednesday, July 1, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 08:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
