CBP宣布於2026年7月9日舉辦網路研討會,訓練使用者操作其強制勞動申報系統(Forced Labor Portal),該系統於2026年1月21日上線。訊息指出,提交扣留放行令(Withhold Release Order)或裁定(Finding)之可放行性審查與修改、UFLPA適用性審查與例外申請,以及CAATSA例外申請時,均須強制使用該系統。註冊免費,且本場次可計入CBP持續教育計畫(Continuing Education Program)學分。

U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Trade is hosting a webinar on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET titled Forced Labor Portal Overview. CBP will conduct an overview to train users on the usage of the new Forced Labor Portal that launched on January 21, 2026.
It is now a mandatory requirement to use the Forced Labor Portal for the submission of the following types of review requests:
• Withhold Release Order/Finding admissibility reviews
• Withhold Release Order/Finding modifications
• Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act applicability reviews
• Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act exception requests
• Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act exception requests
The Portal is available at https://flportal.cbp.gov/s/login/. Questions regarding the Portal should be directed to ForcedLabor@cbp.dhs.gov (mailto:ForcedLabor@cbp.dhs.gov).
