CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布配額公告26-404,涵蓋HTSUS第52章、美國附加註釋第8項下未梳理或未精梳之棉花。配額期間為2026年8月1日至2027年7月31日,開放日為2026年8月3日。於開放日美東時間上午8:30前申報之報單,依該申報時間計入配額;CBP表示,若任一HTSUS群組於該時間超出限額,將按比例分配已接受之報單。

Cotton, not carded or combed, the product of any country or area including the United States, as provided in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 52, Additional United States Note (AUSN) 8.
Quota Period:
August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027
Opening Date:
Monday, August 3, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
