CBP宣布協調制度更新(HSU)2619,建立於2026年8月1日,新增6筆關稅記錄及25筆ABI記錄。此次更新將HTS 9903.04.63項下原產於英國的藥品第232條關稅由10%降至0%。同時也變更了芥末產品HTS號、蒸餾設備HTS號,以及克林達霉素(clindamycin)抗生素HTS號的FDA關稅標記。

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2619 was created on August 1, 2026, and contains 6 harmonized tariff records and 25 ABI records.
HSU 2619 contains the Section 232 Pharmaceutical United Kingdom duty reduction from 10% to 0% for HTS 9903.04.63. HSU 2619 also contains PGA HTS flagging updates. The FDA tariff flag “FD4” was changed to “FD3” for the following two HTS numbers: HTS 2103.20.4020 (sauces and preparations therefore; mixed condiments and mixed seasonings; mustard flour and meal and prepared mustard: in containers holding less than 1.4 kg), and HTS 2103.90.9091 (sauces and preparations therefore; mixed condiments and mixed seasonings; mustard flour and meal and prepared mustard: Other, Other, Other).
The FDA tariff flag “FD2” was changed to “FD1” for HTS 8419.40.0010 (machinery, distilling or rectifying plant, rotary evaporator) and HTS 8419.40.0090 (machinery, distilling or rectifying plant, other). The FDA tariff flag “FD1” was changed to “FD2” for HTS 2941.90.5030 (Antibiotics, Other, Other, Clindamycin).
