CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布第26-401號配額公告,適用於HTSUS第52章附加美國注釋5項下未梳未整棉花。配額期間自2026年9月20日至2027年9月19日,開放日期為2026年9月21日。於開放日當天美東時間上午8:30前申報的報單,均視為上午8:30申報,CBP表示若任何HTSUS類別於當時超過配額上限,將按比例核配已受理的報單。

Opening Date:
Monday, September 21, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
