CBP發布配額公告26-502,宣布2027年菸草配額期間,自2026年9月13日至2027年9月12日。配額於2026年9月14日星期一開放。在開放日當天,凌晨12:01(當地口岸時間)至上午8:30(東部時間)之間申報的報單,均獲得上午8:30的申報時間,若任何HTSUS類別總量在該時間點超過限額,CBP會按比例分配已受理的報單。

All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
