Commodity: Refined Sugar as provided in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 17 and 21 subheadings, Additional United States Note (AUSN) 5.
The tariff rate quota for Refined Sugar opened on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and over-subscribed at opening moment. The pro rata percentage of 51.03027% or 0.5103027 was calculated via Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and an Entry Summary Status Notification (UC) message was generated detailing the prorated quantity per entry.
The filer/importer has five business days from the date of authorized release to re-transmit the data. The five-business day window expires on October 13, 2026, at 4:30 pm local time.
