Was hat CBP angekündigt?
CBP gab bekannt, dass am 18. Juli 2026 eine neue Validierung in ACE eingeführt wurde, die für Einfuhranpassungs Ausgleichslizenzen gilt, die gegen Section 232 Zölle auf Teile für Automobile und mittelschwere bis schwere Nutzfahrzeuge eingesetzt werden. Die Aktualisierung fügte zwei Fehlercodes hinzu: einer kennzeichnet eine Lizenz, die auf einer Zeile eingereicht wird, auf der kein Zoll aus Kapitel 99 vorliegt, und einer kennzeichnet eine Lizenz mit einem Saldo, das zu niedrig ist, um den angemeldeten Zoll zu decken. CBP veröffentlichte das aktualisierte ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V51 auf CBP.gov, um diese Änderungen abzubilden.

Dies betrifft Anmelder, die Einfuhranpassungs Ausgleichslizenzen gegen Section 232 Zölle auf Autoteile einsetzen, nicht Importeure allgemein. Wir prüfen, dass jede von uns eingereichte Ausgleichslizenz zum Zollstatus der entsprechenden Kapitel 99 Zolltarifzeile passt und ein ausreichendes Saldo aufweist, damit Anmeldungen diese ACE Fehler nicht auslösen. Kunden, die Automobil- oder mittelschwere bis schwere Nutzfahrzeugteile nach Section 232 einführen und Ausgleichslizenzen nutzen, sollten uns bitten, die Anmeldeweise ihrer Sendungen zu überprüfen.

On July 18, 2026, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy a new validation in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for import adjustment offsets for Section 232 duties on automobile and medium and heavy-duty vehicle parts.
An updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V51 has been posted under the Supporting Documents: Documentation for Entry Summary Chapters section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). This update includes the following errors related to Auto Part Credit Long-Term Solution:
• F866: AUTO LICENSE PRESENT – DUTY NOT ALLOWED An Automobile License for Importer's Additional Declaration Record Type '11' is submitted on a line, yet duty is present on the corresponding auto part ch.99 HTS number.
• F861: AUTO LICENSE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE The submitted Automobile License for Importer's Additional Declaration Record Type '11' has a balance that is not sufficient to cover the submitted auto part duty.
This update is scheduled to deploy to the CERTIFICATION (CERT) environment and the PRODUCTION (PROD) environment on July 18, 2026.
