Was hat CBP angekündigt?
CBP kündigte eine freiwillige, anonyme ACE-Nutzerzufriedenheitsumfrage für 2026 an, die für alle Nutzer des Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) offen war. Die Umfrage bat die Nutzer, ihre Zufriedenheit mit den Funktionen und der Erfahrung von ACE zu bewerten. Sie endete am 28. August 2026 um 23:59 Uhr Eastern Time (ET).
Wie schätzt Allied die Mitteilung ein?
Dies war eine freiwillige CBP-Umfrage zum ACE-System und hatte keine Auswirkungen auf die von uns eingereichten Anmeldungen. Der Umfragezeitraum endete am 28. August 2026, daher ist derzeit keine Maßnahme möglich. Kunden mussten damals nichts tun und müssen jetzt auch nichts tun.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encourages all Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) trade community users to take this brief survey. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. Your response will help CBP understand users’ satisfaction with ACE, its capabilities and user experience. A high response rate will ensure more accurate representation across the trade community. The survey will remain open through 11:59 p.m. ET on August 28, 2026.
