Was hat CBP angekündigt?
CBP hat die ACE-CATAIR-Version V110 für Entry Summary Create/Update mit den neuen COBRA-Nutzungsgebühren für das Haushaltsjahr 2027 veröffentlicht. Die neuen Gebühren gelten ab dem 1. Oktober 2026, auch für zuvor vorab eingereichte Anmeldungen, wenn das Einfuhrdatum am 1. Oktober oder später liegt. Der Entwurf V111 enthält zehn Änderungen und drei neue Input-23-Record-Anforderungen für den Anmeldetyp 13. Die Aktualisierungen für Typ 13 befinden sich in der Zertifizierungsumgebung, der Produktionsstart ist für den 22. September 2026 geplant.
Wie schätzt Allied die Mitteilung ein?
wir wenden die Gebühren für das Haushaltsjahr 2027 auf die Anmeldungen an, die wir mit einem Einfuhrdatum ab dem 1. Oktober 2026 einreichen. Die Änderungen für Typ 13 betreffen die Postanmeldungen, die wir im Rahmen des Tests einreichen. Kunden müssen nichts unternehmen.

Was steht in der CBP-Mitteilung (Originaltext auf Englisch)?
Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V110 has been posted to the Chapters: Current Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). This update includes the new FY27 Customs COBRA User Fees.
The adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2026. The new amount will be in effect for a summary pre-filed prior to October 1, 2026, if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2026.
The amounts are available in the Certification and Production environments.
An updated version of the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V111 has been posted under the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-catair-entry-summary-create/update-future-capabilities).
The updates include: Ten new changes for Entry Type 13 added on July 24, 2026, and three new Input 23-Record requirements for Entry Type 13 added on September 8, 2026, in the Certification (CERT) environment. All updates are now available in CERT and scheduled to go to the Production (PROD) Environment on September 22, 2026.
