CBP publicó el Boletín de Contingente 26-230, que abarca la carne de res bajo el Capítulo 2 del HTSUS, Nota Adicional de EE. UU. 3, vinculado a la proclamación presidencial del 26 de agosto sobre la asequibilidad de la carne de res. Tranche 1 abarca del 1 al 30 de septiembre de 2026 y se abrió a las 8:30 a.m. hora del Este (ET) el 1 de septiembre. Las entradas presentadas antes de esa hora en la fecha de apertura reciben una hora de entrada de las 8:30 a.m., y CBP prorratea las entradas aceptadas si un grupo del HTSUS supera su límite en ese momento.

Opening Dates:
Tuesday, September 1, 2026
All entries submitted after 12:01 am local port time and prior to 08:30 am Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 08:30 am for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 08:30 am ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
