¿Qué anunció CBP?
CBP ajusta determinadas tarifas de usuario COBRA para el año fiscal 2027 según el aviso general 91 FR 48398, publicado el 31 de julio de 2026. La tarifa de licencia de agente aduanal cambiará de $185.38 a $190.88 el 1 de octubre de 2026. La nueva tarifa se aplica a las licencias de agente aduanal emitidas a partir de esa fecha y a los pagos anuales de tarifas para el año calendario 2027. Un futuro aviso del Registro Federal indicará la fecha límite de pago para 2027.
¿Cuál es la posición de Allied?
Esta tarifa se aplica a los agentes aduanales, no a los importadores ni a los remitentes. Los clientes no necesitan tomar ninguna medida.

Pursuant to the General Notice (91 FR 48398) published July 31, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is adjusting certain customs user fees and corresponding limitations established by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) for Fiscal Year 2027 which will take effect on October 1, 2026.
The Customs Broker Permit User Fee will change from $185.38 to $190.88.
All broker permits issued on or after October 1, 2026, are subject to the new user fee. All payments of the annual user fee for calendar year 2027 (CY27) are also subject to the new fee amount. The CY27 annual user fee payment due date will be announced in a future Federal Register Notice.
