CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布更新ACE海運/鐵路進口艙單附錄D文件，新增兩個處置代碼：D2代表新增封條，D3代表刪除封條，供未來系統升級使用。訊息表示將另發CSMS公告，說明認證(Certification)及正式上線(Production)的發布日期。此次公告未訂定新代碼的生效日期。

CBP 訊息的英文原文說了什麼？
The following ACE CAMIR ACE Ocean/Rail Import Manifest Appendix D - Disposition Codes document has been updated for a future enhancement with new disposition codes: D2 – Seal Added and D3 – Seal Deleted.
These new error codes for both Ocean and Rail will generate a D2 notification when CBP adds a new seal to a container and generates a D3 notification when CBP has deleted or removed a seal from a container.
