U.S. Customs and Border Protection is modernizing the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) ocean, rail, and air manifest systems over several releases. The third release of this enhancement (INT-062) includes a technical migration of back-end functionality for the Ocean mode of transportation. It will not directly affect the ACE user experience or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) behavior.
This portion of the third release of the manifest modernization enhancement is currently in the ACE certification environment (CERT). Trade software developers may send transmissions to confirm expected responses. Deployment to the ACE production environment (PROD) is scheduled for October 24, 2026.
