CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP更新了ACE Ocean CAMIR Export Manifest Implementation Guide（海運出口艙單實施指南）。此次更新說明，若船舶沒有名稱，申報人必須在船舶名稱（Vessel Name）資料欄位中輸入船舶識別碼VESSEL。CBP將技術問題交由客戶代表（Client Representatives）處理，政策問題則請發送至其出口艙單電子郵件地址。
Allied 的立場是什麼？
此項更新涉及海運承運人的出口艙單申報，適用於在ACE系統中傳輸船舶資料的申報人。這不會改變Allied為進口商申報的報關項目。客戶不需採取任何行動。

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has updated the ACE Ocean CAMIR Export Manifest – Input to Customs and Border Protection Implementation Guides (IG).
Updates implemented:
- Updated description in Segment M01, Data Element Vessel Name – to include note “If there is no Vessel name, a vessel ID of “VESSEL” is required.”
- Updated IG can be found at Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) (https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-exports-ocean-camir-export-manifest-input-customs-and-border-protection)
