CBP新增針對汽車零件第232條退稅申請的ACE錯誤檢查

U.S. Customs and Border Protection will deploy two new error messages for Drawback to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Production (PROD) environment on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. These new validations for FD12 and FD13 support proclamations related to Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicle Parts (MHDVPs) and Automobile Parts (products of South Korea) applicable to drawback claims Direct Identification Manufacturing Drawback under 19 U.S.C. 1313(a) and Substitution Manufacturing Drawback Claims under 19 U.S.C. 1313(b).

• The filer will receive the error code FD12 232 CLM NOT ALLOWED when the claim date of the drawback claim under 1313(a) or 1313(b) is before November 1, 2025.

• The filer will receive the error code FD13 EXCESS 232 DTY CLMD when the claim under 1313(a) or 1313(b) is not reported with both the eligible 232 HTS# and the Chapter 1-97 HTS# and when the requested claim amount exceeds the available money on the entry summary line.
