CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP宣布第2621號協調關稅表更新（HSU 2621），於2026年8月22日建立，包含13筆協調關稅記錄及54筆ABI記錄。此次更新包括第338條關稅變更，詳情另見CSMS 69606660。此外，此更新為三個HTS編號新增FS3標記，並將五個與美國食品安全檢驗局（FSIS）審查要求相關的HTS編號之FS4標記變更為FS3。

此次更新變更了CBP對涵蓋特定蛋類及乳製品之HTS編號所套用的合作政府機構（PGA）標記。當我們為包含受影響HTS編號的貨物申報進口時，會套用這些更新後的標記。以此類HTS編號進口貨物的客戶，應要求我們確認其報單符合現行FSIS標記要求。

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2621 was created on August 22, 2026, and contains 13 harmonized tariff records and 54 ABI records.
HSU 2621 contains the Section 338 updates. For more information, please see CSMS # 69606660 (https://content.govdelivery.com/bulletins/gd/USDHSCBP-4261d04?wgt_ref=USDHSCBP_WIDGET_2).
HSU 2621 also contains the following PGA HTS flagging updates for the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
- FS3 flag added to HTS codes 2106909990, 2106909993, and 2106909994; and
- FS4 flag updated to FS3 on HTS codes 0407210030, 0408110000, 0408190000, 0408910000, and 0408990000.
