CBP 宣布了什麼？
CBP發布了ACE CATAIR報關單建立/更新V110版本，內含新的FY27 COBRA使用費。新費率自2026年10月1日起適用，也適用於較早預先申報但報關日期為10月1日或之後的報關單。V111草案新增十項變更，以及第13類報關單的三項新的Input 23-Record要求。第13類的更新目前處於認證環境中，生產環境預定於2026年9月22日啟用。

我們對報關日期為2026年10月1日或之後所申報的報關單適用FY27使用費。第13類的變更適用於我們依測試計畫所申報的郵遞報關單。客戶無需採取任何行動。

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V110 has been posted to the Chapters: Current Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). This update includes the new FY27 Customs COBRA User Fees.
The adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2026. The new amount will be in effect for a summary pre-filed prior to October 1, 2026, if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2026.
The amounts are available in the Certification and Production environments.
An updated version of the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V111 has been posted under the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-catair-entry-summary-create/update-future-capabilities).
The updates include: Ten new changes for Entry Type 13 added on July 24, 2026, and three new Input 23-Record requirements for Entry Type 13 added on September 8, 2026, in the Certification (CERT) environment. All updates are now available in CERT and scheduled to go to the Production (PROD) Environment on September 22, 2026.
