Co ogłosił CBP?
CBP ogłosił aktualizację słownika błędów ACE CATAIR, wprowadzając nowy krytyczny kod błędu F60D dla numerów HTS związanych z rolnictwem. Zgodnie z tą zmianą, dla numerów HTS objętych programem reeksportu cukru oraz kontyngentem na produkty mleczne wymagane jest podanie numeru licencji rolniczej USDA typu 14 w zapisie 52, niezależnie od rodzaju zgłoszenia. CBP poinformował, że każde zgłoszenie wykorzystujące te numery HTS bez numeru licencji zostanie odrzucone. Zmiana miała zostać wdrożona w środowiskach CERT i PROD 30 maja 2026 roku.

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V48 has been posted under Chapters: Current Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). This update creates a new Fatal validation for Agriculture related HTS numbers to require an Agriculture License. The update includes the following error:
• F60D: LIC/CERT/PERM FOR HTS MISSING
A License Number/ Certificate Number / Permit Number (52-Record) is required for one or more of the HTS numbers cited on the ES line.
A USDA agricultural license type 14 is required to access the re-export sugar program HTS, and the dairy rate quota HTS.
The USDA agricultural license type 14 must be provided for in the 52 record on entries utilizing the re-export sugar program HTS regardless of entry type.

This update is scheduled to deploy to the CERTIFICATION (CERT) environment and the PRODUCTION (PROD) environment on May 30, 2026.
