¿Qué anunció CBP?
CBP publicó la versión V110 de ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update con las nuevas tarifas de usuario COBRA del año fiscal 2027. Las nuevas tarifas se aplican desde el 1 de octubre de 2026, también a los resúmenes presentados anteriormente cuando la fecha de entrada sea el 1 de octubre o posterior. El borrador V111 añade diez cambios y tres nuevos requisitos de Input 23-Record para el tipo de entrada 13. Las actualizaciones del tipo 13 se encuentran en el entorno de certificación, con la puesta en producción prevista para el 22 de septiembre de 2026.

aplicamos las tarifas del año fiscal 2027 a las entradas que presentamos con fecha de entrada a partir del 1 de octubre de 2026. Los cambios del tipo 13 se aplican a las entradas postales que presentamos bajo la prueba. Los clientes no necesitan realizar ninguna acción.

¿Qué dice el mensaje de CBP (texto original en inglés)?
Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V110 has been posted to the Chapters: Current Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair). This update includes the new FY27 Customs COBRA User Fees.
The adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2026. The new amount will be in effect for a summary pre-filed prior to October 1, 2026, if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2026.
The amounts are available in the Certification and Production environments.
An updated version of the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V111 has been posted under the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities section on CBP.gov (https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-catair-entry-summary-create/update-future-capabilities).
The updates include: Ten new changes for Entry Type 13 added on July 24, 2026, and three new Input 23-Record requirements for Entry Type 13 added on September 8, 2026, in the Certification (CERT) environment. All updates are now available in CERT and scheduled to go to the Production (PROD) Environment on September 22, 2026.
