¿Qué anunció CBP?
CBP actualizó las Guías de implementación del manifiesto electrónico de exportación para los mensajes ACE Exports Truck UNEDIFACT CUSCAR, CUSRES, CUSREP, X12 309 y PAXLST. Los cambios agregaron códigos para la presentación posterior a la salida (Post Departure Filing) y para el tiempo de inactividad del sistema automatizado de exportación (Automated Export System), eliminaron el lenguaje sobre confirmación del manifiesto e informe del viaje, y cambiaron la redacción de Final Transmission a Complete Transmission. CBP indicó que las preguntas técnicas se dirijan a los representantes de clientes y las preguntas sobre políticas al buzón del manifiesto de exportación.
¿Cuál es la posición de Allied?
Este mensaje establece reglas técnicas de formato de datos para transportistas y proveedores de software que transmiten manifiestos de exportación por camión a través de ACE. No cambia la presentación de entradas de importación, las tasas de aranceles ni la documentación que Allied gestiona para sus clientes. Los clientes no necesitan tomar ninguna acción, pero si un cliente también presenta manifiestos de exportación directamente, debe confirmar con su proveedor de software que se aplicaron estas actualizaciones de la guía.
