   Commerce will publish a Temporary Final Rule on September 24, 2026 under Proclamation 11052 to restrict stockpiling of polysilicon products. After Commerce notifies CBP, the importer cannot enter certain polysilicon products until December 4, 2026, but may move the goods to a bonded warehouse.
